Cards and payment
Add a card once and invoices are charged on the invoice date. Or pay by bank transfer — we email the invoice.
On this page
What you see
Billing & plan has four tabs — Plan, Payment, Invoices, Usage & limits — and starts with three tiles: what is due now, the next invoice, and what pays it.
Add a card
- 1
Billing & plan → Payment → + Add a card
The card form is Stripe's. We never see the number — only the brand, the last four digits and the expiry.
- 2
Keep “Make it the default” on
The next invoice is charged to the default card. Other cards stay as a backup; Make default switches.
- 3
Choose how invoices are paid
Charge the default card on the invoice date, or Bank transfer within the days the cabinet shows (14 unless agreed otherwise). Quote the invoice number in the transfer.
Remove the last card and invoices are paid by bank transfer again.
Unpaid invoices
| Chip | What you see |
|---|---|
| Due | A line in Needs attention on Overview with Pay now, and a count beside the Invoices tab. |
| Overdue | A strip on every page with the amount and the day access will be suspended. A declined card is retried on day 3 and 5. |
| Suspended | Access is off; resources stay. It comes back the moment the invoice is paid. |

Invoices
Billing & plan → Invoices: open ones first with Pay now, then what the next invoice will hold line by line, then the history with PDFs and a CSV. Open any invoice to see its lines, how it was paid and the PDF.
