Is the cluster up?
A cluster down on its schedule answers nobody. Bring it up, or wait for the morning.

Is its API reachable from the internet?
If you changed the cluster's Hetzner firewall or network by hand, change it back — Rockslab needs to reach the API.

Run it again
The platform also looks again on its next pass.
